Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped standard ground delivery through USPS. Processing time for pre-order wigs is 13-17 business days. Please allow 4-7 business days for the receipt of your orders. International shipping times estimate 5-8 business days. Overnight shipping happens after the processing time, not immediately after placing your order. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day. All orders require a signature for delivery and are covered with package insurance.

The address on your billing information must match your shipping address. Orders in the US are shipped via USPS, International orders may ship with UPS or USPS. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via your email. Please allow up to 48 business hours for tracking to fully update.

All wig orders require the Buyer Form to be filled out before your order is completed. The form can be found at the top of the site

Once USPS has possession of your parcel, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during shipment nor are we responsible for any lost/stolen packages. All packages are covered with shipping insurance and require a signature upon delivery.
